Josh, Since meeting with you my life has changed dramatically! I am starting to experience a freedom that I have never felt before, knowing that wherever I am I am FREE!! I have suffered with anxiety for most of my life but within the past couple of years extremely debilitating anxiety. That is what led me to you!! I recently experienced and great victory that I would like to share with you, I was able to go to a mall with someone other than my "safe" person relativity panic free using the tools that you gave me. I hadn't done that in over 3 YEARS!! I know now that if I use my tools then I can accomplish ANYTHING! I still have some work to do but I know that it's possible now. I used to be content with my boundaries because I thought that was the only way I could live but now I know that life has so much more in store for me! Now I know I can live it with FREEDOM and JOY!!
