Anxiety Coaching

Since beginning Life Coaching for people with anxiety I have been pleasantly surprise at how effective the coaching can be over-the-phone. I work with people from all over the United States and the world. Of course, I also have an office here in San Diego and see people privately. If people are in need, but cannot get to me I will often go to where they live and do intensive work to help them get their life back on track. It is common for me to work with people who have just left residential care and get them on a path towards permanent wellness
